While there are too many attractions in Orlando, we have compiled a list of the must-see and best Orlando attractions just for you:
Walt Disney World Resort: No vacation in Orlando is ever complete without a visit to the Disneyland. It is world famous and has fun and outdoor activities for children as well as adults. The Disney world comprises of 4 different parks, which are:
1. Magic Kingdom This is the oldest park and gets almost 17 million visitors annually.
2. Epcot This is an educational theme park that showcases technological innovation related to the future world.
3. Disney's Hollywood Studios This is the third park and its theme is around movies as well as popular Disney television shows.
4. Disney's Animal Kingdom This is the fourth park and it is a mix between a wildlife based theme park and a zoo.
Apart from this, there are two popular water parks within the Walt Disney World Resort called Blizzard Beach and Typhoon lagoon.
SeaWorld: The SeaWorld is considered as one of the best Orlando attractions for children of all age groups. It gets 5.8 million visitors annually and offers the opportunity
for children and adults to be very close to some of the most wonderful sea-animals like dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles, alligators, and manatees. Guests can even feed the bottlenose dolphins. There are several animal exhibits like the Penguin Encounter, Dolphin Cove, Dolphin Nursery, Pacific Point Preserve, and Clydesdale Hamlet. There is also an indoor exhibit called the Wild Arctic, which is home to Beluga Whales, Polar Bear, and Walrus. There are live performances at Shamu Stadium where you can see some Killer Whales do the tango.
Ripley's Believe It or Not! Orlando Odditorium: This is a hot favorite among visitors of different age groups and showcases everything from the basic to the bizarre. The Odditorium is open 365 days a year from 09:30 am to Midnight. Tickets for adults are $18.95 plus taxes and for children (4-12 years), it is $11.95 plus tax.
Kennedy Space Center: The Kennedy Space Center is a popular Orlando attraction and this is the one place where you can actually take a tour of the space shuttle launch areas, take a rapid training in one of the space-flight simulators, get to see the rockets and shuttles and if you are lucky then you might even get to see a real launch!
